The bright cherry large kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes/silverware, wine glasses. The breakfast nook is perfect for an office with lap top space. Towels/linens are provided with washer/dryer and large empty garage. The enclosed lanai beautiful evening accent lights and lots more to give your stay that "I love this home" feeling. The living room and master bedroom have flat Screen TVs. Blue Ray players, Comcast Cable TV, High Speed Wireless, and free Netflicks streaming movies. The master bedroom is spacious with plush queen bed, organic sheets and private bath ad comfort. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with a woods view. The lush green grass yard backs up to the Nature Preserve with beautiful birds for that peaceful nestled in the woods feeling. Visit many choices of rec centers, shopping restaurants, music at the town centers. The Villages provide a shuttle service available to and from Orlando International Airport. Auto/golf cart rental services are also available in The Villages.

You can enjoy free entertainment nightly with 2 for 1 cocktails, dancing, restaurants, movies, and additional festivities on holidays and special events. The recreation centers provide many pools, water aerobics, tennis courts, bocce, pickle ball, cards and billiards for you to enjoy. Find a wide variety of stores for all of your shopping needs are nearby and golf cart accessible. There are many restaurants to choose from and also just a golf cart ride away. There are special restaurants and music in the country clubs. Big golf fans enjoy the challenge of the 18 hole championship golf courses. There is a small fee for residents. We thoroughly enjoy working with our renters to make their stay the best it can be. We live in the same Village and are always just a phone call away. Two Town Squares, Two first run 8 screen movie theaters, Two 32 lane Bowling Alleys, 9 Country Clubs, baseball, Polo Matches, Golf lessons, Katie Belles night club with dining, dancing, and live entertainment. The Villages Polo matches are a must.
