Music! music! music! The Towne Pump is owned by a delightful lady that truly has dedication and service in mind. Years ago, we met the owner, Julie while strolling down a quaint downtown Black Mountain street. It was a warm mountain day, she sat on the step, Blackberry in one hand and and open lap top in the other. Finalizing the last minute renovations to the Towne Pump before the weekend grand reopening, she turned to look at us with her usual sweet smile from ear to ear. That was just the beginning of a great relationship. Julie’s local history in the Asheville area and wide array of friendships yield her the ability of keen discernment. properties at Carolina Mountain Rentals. Let’s not forget the pub. Julie attracts local and national music to her place. You can always count on her to hold true to real mountain music. Everyday she has a venue that won’t disappoint you.
